I understand better now why I have cramps. I am not a vegan but I never have milk, eggs and hardly ever eat meat
Is muscle twitching curable how much time it takes to be cured ?

Thanks for these informations. I am veggie and sometimes I suffer of muscle cramps. I will try to understand if they can depend by a low level of taurine.
